Connie Feeney

Connie Feeney is a senior at Newsome High School in Lithia, Florida, and will graduate with a weighted GPA of 5.7 and an unweighted GPA of 3.8. Connie has challenged herself by taking honors level and advanced placement classes throughout her four years at Newsome. Connie has also dedicated her time to numerous school activities such as the National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society, and Science National Honor Society. She has been active all four years in the Student Government Association and serves as the Secretary of the Senior Class. In addition, Connie has been on the varsity tennis team since freshman year.

Connie has great passion for those in need. She has dedicated much time and effort to organizations such as Relay for Life, Best Buddies, and the Fellowship of Christian Students. Connie started the Seeds of Hope community service club at Newsome High School. Seeds of Hope is an organization which assists poverty stricken families in Lithia. She has earned more than seventy-five (75) hours volunteering for this organization.

Connie has been accepted into Florida State University where she plans to major in Nursing.

Connie is the daughter of Major Tom Feeney and wife, Jane.
