RII Deputy William Dittman

An aspiration of William Dittman’s was to be involved in law enforcement. William’s pursuit of this dream began July 2, 2007, when he was accepted into the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Reserve II Academy. Upon completion in 2008, RII Deputy Dittman “hit” the streets and now averages fifty plus hours a month serving our community. Deputy Dittman volunteers his time in Patrol, Warrants, Environmental, and the Aviation Section. In February of 2009, Deputy Dittman achieved his Tactical Flight Officer status within the Aviation Section.

He has been tasked with facilitating the Reserve Deputies as they assist in serving search warrants as well as other operations of the Special Investigations Division. Due to Deputy Dittman’s hard work and dedication, he has recently been placed in charge of the upcoming Reserve Academies.

Deputy Dittman would like to thank his wife Kristin, as well as his entire family, for their continued support during this endeavor.
